Pistol
Pistol has had a solid start with a classical dressage type style.
He knows shoulder and haunches in/out in walk trot as well as leg yield and half pass. He can counter canter, do simple changes and has green flying changes.
Pistol is very willing and trainable and has not offered to bolt, buck or rear. Pistol has been ridden by the trainer's intermediate students and was patient and willing with them. He could be suitable for an intermediate or amateur in a program. He is trusting, straight forward and brave through Working Equitation patterns.
Pistol has competed in a working equitation show at L3 and did very well. He has been trailered extensively and is level headed in new locations.
Pistol was started as a 5 year old and has been raised since a foal on a pasture herd turnout. He ties, stands for the farrier and is up to date on trimming and worming.
Pistol is ready for a job! This gelding would be best suited to somebody looking to work up the dressage levels or someone interested in the hunter/jumper ring with his jumper bloodlines. He would also excel in XC or working equitation.
